Ali B is the brainchild of Alice Roberts, a skilled coach and organiser who brings her lifelong passion and expertise to you.

Craving some calm? I was too.

Growing up, life at home didn’t always feel together. Like most kids my bedroom was my sanctuary. This is where I learned the peace that comes from bringing order to my surroundings. I was a natural organiser. I would spend hours inspiring my friends organise their rooms as well, flexing my clear-thinking muscle and honing my systems-building skills. I loved sharing in their joy as we unveiled things they cherished and items that spoke to them.

This natural affinity developed into a 20-year career building my organisational and coaching capabilities on projects and teams, large and small. From high-level critical think tanks to managing conferences. Every corporate step has prepared me for this. Ali B opened in November 2022 and is the culmination of all the skills and systems, and organising tips and tricks I’ve ever learned, and now I can’t wait to bring a little slice of calm to you!

Drawing on my childhood nickname - Ali Bongo, from that one-time mum sang a silly song about me and it just stuck. Ali B’s mission resonates with the peace I found at an early age, to bring a little calm to the world – one shelf, cupboard, room, and home at a time.

I hold people at the centre of what I do, with no judgement or shame. My approach supports diversity and inclusion. Helping people from a range of backgrounds, ethnicity, and ages, as well as those with mental health challenges, disablement, and neurodiversity.

While I can help anyone and everyone, supporting female professionals, entrepreneurs and farm operators is my speciality. I understand the complexity of issues faced and can help to find the calm you crave.

When I help clear out the physical items, I know this helps clear out the mental clutter as well. So, if you could do with taking some of the β€œbonkers” out of your life, reach out.

By working with Ali B you’ll also be helping bring an end to domestic violence and abuse as 5% of profits will go to charities that make a difference.

β€œI want to tell everybody, that family violence happens to everybody.
No matter how nice your house is, how intelligent you are.
It can happen to anyone, and everyone.”
